About Pacific AirCare, Inc. Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC Restoration, Duct Sealing, and more

A Message from the Company President

Long before COVID-19 became a reality, indoor air quality was a serious issue. It wasn’t widely apparent throughout the business world, but the CDC, EPA, and many other agencies had already studied the effects. The more I learned, the more I realized there was a definite need for serious solutions. The more I studied, the more I realized the vital role heating and cooling systems play in determining the quality of indoor air. I learned that children are especially susceptible and even more so when they’re living with respiratory conditions.

With a background in the aerospace industry, I decided to take an aerospace approach to the issue of indoor air quality. I developed what became known as the Total Quality Management system that Pacific AirCare uses today. Identify the problem, discover the cause, and implement a solution that eliminates the issue.

The effectiveness of TQM is evident in the results we achieve with every client. By improving and maintaining indoor air quality, we’re helping people breathe easier and live healthier. I’m proud of the work we do at Pacific AirCare…and I hope we get the chance to assist you, too.

Sincerely,

Perry A. Covello, ASCS, CVI
President, Pacific AirCare Inc.

Total Quality Management

At Pacific AirCare, we provide a service…but we do not sell a product. This distinguishes us from many IAQ providers, and that difference is important. Our focus isn’t on selling a product but, rather, on implementing a process that improves the quality of the air you, your employees, and your customers breathe.

We apply TQM (Total Quality Management) in our daily operations making sure all our daily operations are customer-focused. We work with our clients to understand their needs first. Our team will then identify the problem, discover the root cause, and collectively implement a solution that ensures success.

Professional Dedication

Since 2005, Pacific AirCare has built a reputation for delivering professional service at a higher level. With the implementation of our Total Quality Management system, we remove the guesswork often associated with IAQ management. By providing solutions that address root causes, we save our clients time, money, and frustration while achieving superior results. While TQM is the major contributor to our success, our dedication to staying abreast of the latest technological advances and methodologies in our industry ensures you always receive the benefits of the best available protocols. To help us maintain our competitive edge and industry expertise, Pacific AirCare continues to hold certifications and maintain relationships with industry-specific associations, including:

  • National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA)
NADCA members work under Assessment, Cleaning, and Restoration (ACR) standards established by the NADCA board in 2006. This NADCA Standard provides guidance and established proper and safe techniques required during HVAC inspection, cleaning, and restoration procedures. NADCA was instrumental in creating the consumer guide for both residential and commercial system cleaning and joint ventured scientific research with the EPA to determine the effectiveness of duct cleaning on HVAC systems. Pacific AirCare is a proud member of the NADCA.
  • Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS)
This landmark certification is recognized throughout the world. Individuals with ASCS certification possess superior knowledge and skills related to HVAC system hygiene. Certified Air System Cleaning Specialists adhere to the highest standards in HVAC cleaning and maintain their certification by engaging in required continuing education each year. All of Pacific AirCare’s specialists are ASCS certified.
  • Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA)
The IAQA is an organization dedicated to translating the science and standards of air quality management into practical application. IAQA is the leading organization dedicated to developing, educating, and supporting its members to identify and resolve indoor environmental challenges. Pacific AirCare is a proud member of the IAQA.
  • National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
The NFPA is a global self-funded nonprofit devoted to eliminating death, injury, property, and economic loss due to fire, electrical, and related hazards. They have established industry codes and standards, provide training, engage in research, and contribute to consumer awareness regarding fire protection. Pacific AirCare is a proud member of the NFPA.
